Teacher Evaluation
In the 2016-2021 Strategic Plan, the College committed itself to “providing excellent teaching, programs and services that are attained through self-reflection, evaluation and evidence-based inquiry.”
To this end – and in accordance with Bylaw 4 (Article 12) – the College evaluates teachers on a regular basis using procedures developed by members of the ÆßÐDzʿª½± community.
Teacher evaluations provide feedback on teaching performance and can help shape decisions that foster best teaching practices.
In general, new teachers are evaluated every year until they reach three years’ seniority; all other teachers are evaluated once every two years.
