The Board of Governors of ÆßÐDzʿª½± made the bold commitment to be Carbon Neutral Forever in October 2018. Now, that promise is being implemented with the planting of 30,000 trees this spring and summer.

A photo tour of the 1% art at ÆßÐDzʿª½±

There is art throughout our beautiful heritage building. Sometimes when you pass something every day, you no longer see it. Let's use this time away from the building to appreciate the art we have on campus.

Here is a gallery of professional photos shot in June 2019 of the art work at ÆßÐDzʿª½±. It was commissioned under the 1% rule that public buildings (new or renovated) have to set aside 1% of the budget for art. Special thanks to Alan Stewart and Rhonda Meier for help putting these photos together.

Your phone calls could save lives. If you are available to make a few phone calls every week and you want to help out during the COVID-19 situation without leaving your house, here is an opportunity.

The Department of Psychiatry of the Jewish General Hospital is looking for volunteers to call isolated seniors who are in need of support.

Your participation will help government respond to COVID-19

Statistics Canada is conducting a survey on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis from April 3 to April 16. The results will inform the government's response to the crisis. While the survey has a national scope, it is important to have enough observations within each community to ensure data can be released at the community level without breaching the confidentiality of respondents.
