Geoff Kloos was recently appointed Coordinator of Student Services and began his new role in late March. Prior to taking on this position, he had been coordinating the First-Year Students’ Office since its inception in 2017.

"We are very excited about having Geoff join our management team in Student Services," said Monique Magnan, Director of Student Services. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience about ÆßÐDzʿª½± and our students to our team.  His dedication to Student Success, his enthusiasm and energy will definitely impact the services he will be supervising."

Geoff’s career at ÆßÐDzʿª½± spans over 20 years, during which he has held positions including Communications Counsellor, Academic Advisor, Coordinator of Professional Development and Research, and his most recent role supporting students in their transition from high school to CEGEP in the First-Year Students’ Office.

Virtual farewell to Judy De Four March 19

March 9th, 2021

Dear ÆßÐDzʿª½± Colleagues,  I hope this email finds you all well. I’m writing today to let you know that our dear colleague, Judy De Four, will be retiring on March 19th with nearly five decades of exemplary service to ÆßÐDzʿª½±, most notably working in the AEC Office of the Continuing Education & Community Services…

Thank you from Rod Charters

February 23rd, 2021

I want to let all my ÆßÐDzʿª½± friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, know how much I appreciate the well wishes and support I received on my recent retirement from ÆßÐDzʿª½±.

Although my retirement is now official, I struggle with mixed emotions. As anticipated, I miss many of you already. What I do not miss is the commute to and from work or the early mornings. What I do miss is the camaraderie I shared with you with the common pursuit of instructing and enlightening students.

Some of you I may never see again. Others, I hope I do when we are able to gather once again. For now, I am simply going to try and enjoy life in the current circumstances.

Your generous gifts of a MasterClass membership and a Steve's Music gift certificate will add to the enjoyment of my retirement.

Again, thank you.

Rod retired Feb. 5 after working at the College for 39 years in various roles, including the Help Desk, the Library and the Career Resource Centre. Rod is also a ÆßÐDzʿª½± graduate.
