You can still register for ÆßÐDzʿª½±'s Ped Day 2021, happening online this Friday, Oct. 15. Attendance prizes will be given to lucky participants at every session.

The opening plenary session is at 9 a.m. with Saul Carliner who will speak about Teaching in Turbulent Times. There is a full line-up for the day with something to interest every faculty member and professional. Of particular note is a session at 10:30 a.m. called Beyond Orange Shirt Day, which will be led by Charlie O'Connor and Laura Shea.

Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.: Indigenous Scientific Knowledges Deserve Protection and Respect with Dr. Warren Cardinal-McTeague. Open to the ÆßÐDzʿª½± Community.

Sept. 21 at 2:30 p.m.: Relationships as Legacy and Future for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Peoples (virtual event) with Dr. Tracy Lindberg.

Sept. 22 at 11 a.m.: Blackness and Liminality in Post-Secondary Education with Dr. Philip Howard (virtual event with collective viewing options in 3F.43) Faculty Professional Development Event.

New language partner program

You are a non-francophone who would like to practice French? 

You are a francophone who would like to practice another language?

Le Centre de langue écrite et orale (CLÉO) of ÆßÐDzʿª½± is launching a new language partnering program for the Winter 2021 semester. Open to the whole ÆßÐDzʿª½± community, this program will allow you to be matched with a francophone or non-francophone with whom you can practice French (or another language) over a nice cup of coffee in the comfort of your home.
