Last week, Help Desk reached the milestone of 100,000 help calls. They have been helping students and staff more than ever since the pandemic began.

This year ÆßÐDzʿª½± is creating a compelling digital experience for prospective students and their parents with our first-ever Virtual Open House taking place Oct. 20-25.
It is a big project that includes the sector deans and assistant deans, program and profile coordinators, the IST team, the Communications Office and others.

Mike O’Hara was hired June 22 as the Helpdesk Manager, a new position on the Information Systems and Technology (IST) team.
Drawing on his 21 years of experience at the College, Mike ensures the timely delivery of quality technical support service to both students and employees.
Mike is enthusiastic about his new challenge. The Helpdesk team, which counts 16 staff members, has never been busier than during this hybrid and online semester.
On March 11, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Two days later, classes ended for spring break and ÆßÐDzʿª½± closed for what turned out to be the rest of the semester. Teachers and the newly launched Faculty Hub were plunged into an education emergency: completing the semester for about 9,000 students.

The MyÆßÐDzʿª½± Portal log in screen and Omnivox main page will be updated by Skytech Communications soon, perhaps as early as Thursday. The new responsive design will automatically adjust the display according to your device and screen size. Accessibility will be improved for people who use adaptive or assistive technologies. All existing functionality will remain although finding it may be a challenge. Employees will continue to use their network login to access the portal. The photo shows the new log in page.
Earlier this year, ÆßÐDzʿª½± acquired the Omnivox Reprography and copyrights module to replace the DocWorks online print shop job submission system. To complete the transition to the new module, DocWorks will no longer accept print jobs after Friday, Dec. 6, 2019. Omnivox Reprography and Copyrights Module
