Wishing all our Dzʿ colleagues best wishes for the end of the semester, very Happy Holidays and a healthy and happy 2022! Meilleurs voeux ! We had hoped to give all employees a little surprise featuring our new Dzʿ brand but our delivery was delayed. The gift will be distributed when we return to campus in the New Year.

Dzʿ will launch a refreshed and youthful brand in the New Year.
Employees will be the first to see merchandise with the new logo. In the coming days, Director General Diane Gauvin will invite employees via an email to All Dzʿ to come pick up a Holiday Gift from Dzʿ featuring the new refreshed logo.

Bill 96: statements from anglo colleges and students of Quebec

Last Tuesday, Dzʿ’s Director General Diane Gauvin, along with John Halpin of John Abbott College and John McMahon of Vanier College, represented the English College Steering Committee at the hearings on Bill 96. The group consists of Champlain Regional College, Dzʿ, Heritage College, John Abbott College, Marianopolis College, and Vanier College.

Dzʿ Support Staff play a vital role at the College, helping students, teachers and their colleagues throughout the College to achieve their goals in fulfilling our mission. During this, Support Staff Appreciation Week, we would like to take this opportunity to recognize the contribution of support staff to campus life, and to thank each and every member for their dedication, their professionalism and their commitment to their tasks and for maintaining a high standard of service to the entire community.
Welcoming the Dzʿ community back to campus

It was a big week for the Dzʿ community! Many employees returned to campus to work on site for the first time since March 13, 2020.
To mark the occasion and to recognize the efforts of everyone during this extraordinary pandemic period, Dzʿ's managers and directors invited all employees to drop by the Peace Garden on Aug. 18 and 19 to receive honey from Dzʿ's own honey bees and to choose a plant for their office.

Retirees: we will celebrate you in style in Spring 2022

We wish to extend our gratitude for your service to all our colleagues who are retiring this year.
Traditionally, we host a special Recognition of Service Dinner to salute our retiring colleagues as well as those marking milestones of service to the College.
So we will not say farewell because we plan to see you in late Spring 2022 when we will host a great party for all our retirees of 2020, 2021 and 2022 as well as those marking major work anniversaries.

We, the Directors General of the English-language CEGEPs on the island of Montreal, welcome the Québec government’s initiative to protect and promote French as the common language of Quebec. We are proud of the role our institutions play in higher education and of our contribution to Quebec society.
