Red Dresses needed for May 5 MMIWG2S Day

On May 5, the First Peoples’ Centre will be commemorating the National Day of Awareness and Action for MMIWG2S. They are asking for your help in gathering red dresses (all sizes – child and adult) for an exhibit. If you have any dresses to donate, please bring them to the First Peoples’ Centre (3E.15) before 12 p.m. on Thursday. If you’d like to participate or help in other ways, please contact Billi-Jo Poirier or Jessica Quijano through MIO.
Rock climbing hours

Rock-climbing is available for employees and students in -1h.02:
Tuesdays: 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Thursdays: 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Cost is $4; no experience needed.
Third-year Theatre students star in After Fuenteovejuna

The Professional Theatre Department at ÆßÐDzʿª½± is proud to present After Fuenteovejuna, adapted by the third-year students with writer Sarah Lotfi and directed by Stéphane Zarov. Originally performed in 17th-century Spain, this classic theatre includes clowning, music, dance and storytelling, with some audience interaction.
Content warnings: sexual assault, sexual violence, swearing. The show runs April 25 - May 7. Entry fee for ÆßÐDzʿª½± employees and students = $5

Announcing Vernissage Season 2022!

For the first time since 2019, graduating students in the Creative and Applied Arts will be exhibiting their works at ÆßÐDzʿª½± during the much-anticipated Vernissage Season. The work of students in Visual Arts, Illustration, Professional Photography, Industrial Design, 3D Animation and Computer Generated Imagery, Interior Design and Graphic Design will be exhibited from late May through early June.
