Congrats to ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½±βs Class of 2024

In June, ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± added another 2,784 graduates to our alumni community of over 100,000.
The graduates were celebrated at two graduation ceremonies on June 25 at Place des Arts.
In addition to diplomas, 55 graduates received awards in recognition of academics, perseverance, community service and volunteer commitment. In total, the awards valued $33,100; many are made possible through donors to the ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± Foundation.

Medical Ultrasound student awarded professional order’s bursary

Before parting for the summer, the Medical Ultrasound Department gathered at our annual picnic to celebrate another year's end. At the picnic, we announced this year's bursary winner which is gifted by our professional order.
The OTIMROEPMQ bursary was awarded to Anouk Doe! Our faculty recognized one student in second-year who they felt showed exemplary hard work, dedication and improvement over their studies at the college and their excellence in Medical Ultrasound.
Anouk is now in her third and final year of the program, and currently on stage at St. Maryβs Hospital. Congratulations, Anouk on an award well-earned and best of luck to our third-year students while they are away on stage. For more information on our program and professional order, please visit:

Celebrating extraordinary ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± students

Last semester, ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± celebrated 33 students at the Fall Awards Night on Nov. 30. It was an occasion to celebrate the achievements, community involvement and perseverance of some of our extraordinary students. A big thank you to the donors, the partner organizations and of course, to the ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± faculty and staff who help our students reach their potential.
In total, $19,800 was distributed to students who received awards last semester.

Be inspired by the journeys of our first four Perseverance Award recipients

Noella Dorothy Beersa (Liberal Arts), Wynter Bryant (Arts and Culture), ElΓ©onore Martin-Menga (AEC in Commercial Photography) and Judy Phuong Trinh Le (Pure & Applied Science) are the first four recipients of the new ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± Perseverance Award.
This award is funded through the Student Academic Enrichment Fund and is intended to encourage ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± students from all programs and sectors to continue in their studies.

Meet the first recipients of the Mahsa Amini Scholarship

Tara Balador and Chloe Jung are the first two recipients of the new Mahsa Amini Scholarship, which was presented by Candice Zhong of the ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± Student Union at the Fall Awards Night Nov. 30. The Mahsa Amini Scholarship aims to help international and refugee students at ΖίΠΗ²ΚΏͺ½± who are affected by conflict and in need of financial aid.
βBeing honoured with this award presented a significant chance for me,β said Tara, a student in Pure & Applied Science, in an interview with the Communications Office. βAs an international student, it helped me to pay my college tuition fees. Moreover, it instilled confidence in me and conveyed a sense of importance, indicating that the college values and supports me in the challenges I face as an international student.β
