Margaux Roncière, who will be graduating from ÆßÐDzʿª½± in Pure and Applied Science this spring, has won Canada’s largest undergraduate award: the Loran Award.

ÆßÐDzʿª½± students build wind turbines in 3 hours

Five teams of ÆßÐDzʿª½± Science students participated in the annual Déplace de l'air competition at Polytechnique Montréal Feb. 8.Ìý They had three hours to build an operational wind turbine from scratch using only the materials provided. The best among them produced 1150mV during testing. ÆßÐDzʿª½±'s best entry placed 14th of about 60 teams.
