$40,000 in grants from the ÆßÐDzʿª½± Foundation for 14 projects
An interesting assortment of projects to benefit ÆßÐDzʿª½± students in all programs was selected for grants by the Student Academic Enrichment Fund committee.
A total of 14 projects received full or partial funding for projects that will take place over the next two semesters. ÆßÐDzʿª½± Model United Nations received the largest grant: $7,000. A total of $40,340 was distributed in grants to enhance the academic experience of students. Two of the projects were proposed by students: the ÆßÐDzʿª½± Hackathon and Engineering a Mini Cyclotron Crew – EMC².
This is the third semester that these funds are available through the ÆßÐDzʿª½± Foundation.
Any student, faculty or staff member at the College can submit a project proposal for funding consideration for the subsequent semester. A call for proposals for projects in the Fall 2024 semester will open sometime in March.
