For ÆßÐDzʿª½± employees: ÆßÐDzʿª½± provides a 24-hour Employee Assistance Program at 1-888-687-9197 for employees in need of mental health assistance or someone to speak with.

For ÆßÐDzʿª½± students: All students enrolled at ÆßÐDzʿª½± can access the ÆßÐDzʿª½± Student Assistance Program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 1-844-451-9700. If you are outside of Canada or the United States call 001-416-380-6578.

This program, offered through keep.meSAFE by guard.me, provides ÆßÐDzʿª½± students with free telephone, video or in-person appointments in 60+ languages. All sessions are confidential (within limits of the law.)
